How can I pay for my order?
PayPal is the fastest and most secure payment method to pay for your order.
When will payment be taken for my order?
Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you on the very same day.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UK!
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 2nd Class). Upgraded postage options are available at checkout.
How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to return an item that is unworn, still has its original tags intact ( if applicable) and in a resalable condition to us for Return, within 30 days of it being received by you.
Holiday Returns (1 November to 31st December)
Extended holiday return period is offered till 14th January if ordered between 1st November to 31st December.
To arrange a return, you will need to pack the item securely and open an eBay return request. All return information will be provided from there.
Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
