This is a factory close-out and does not come with a box or warranty. It is a blem, with 4 X's on blade, denoting some cosmetic blemish found at the factory, but is in excellent mechanical working order. Usually the flaw is too small to notice. Kershaw can send any small parts for self-install. 

 This knife is representative of the lot for sale.  Ask any questions prior to bidding.  Makes a great EDC knife, especially if you already have one in your collection.
