Sensor bracket to fit the Neptune PMUP v2 utility pump (As found in the Neptune ATK top-off kit).

The collar provides a perfect fit to the pump body, holding a Neptune Apex optical sensor firm and secure - with cable routing through the the body. Adding a low water sensor will ensure your PMUP does not run dry, using this bracket will trigger the optical sensor before the water level falls too low.

What is PETG?

 

PETG is a specialist food-safe 3D printing material made from recycled bottles and containers. PETG offers flexibility, strength and temperature resistance. Unlike many plastics, PETG does not leach chemicals when submerged in water.

 

When purchasing 3D printed parts to use inside of your aquarium, sump or storage tanks, always ensure they are constructed using PETG.

Super simple installation:

 

1.     Remove the white thread collar from the optical sensor and feed the plug down through the sensor mount.

2.     Pass the thread collar up the wire and screw to sensor (finger tight, do not over tighten).

3.     Pass the sensor cable through the smaller cable guide hole (You can then use a nylon zip-tie to secure to the pump cable).

4.     Gently snap the bracket around the pump body and slide to bottom.
