***Scheduled delivery times and actual delivery times for receiving packages may vary due to slow downs with the USPS. Expect long shipping delays with Media Mail and First Class Mail. These delays are beyond our control. ***

Shipping

Your item ships within four business day after payment clears. Direct U.S. shipping done through the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. Even though we ship promptly, the USPS seems to be taking a long time to deliver packages. Please be patient. We pack securely but the Post Office often damages items in transit. The cost of insurance is included as a handling charge for all items over $50. Signature confirmation is required for all items over $100. We only ship to the verified address associated with your eBay account. Some items are not eligible for shipping- local pick up only.

International shipping is only done through eBay’s International Shipping Program. Please note that there are additional shipping and customs charges which are charged to buyers directly by Ebay.  Some items are not eligible for international shipping. 

Return Policy

Domestic returns accepted on most items. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned unused, in its original condition or in its unopened package if applicable. Numbered inventory bands are attached to some items. Band must be intact, in its original position for return to be accepted. Returns not available on some items. 

 ***PLEASE READ***We pack our items securely and professionally so that your item(s) should arrive safely. Due to handling during shipping they can become damaged, lost or stolen. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are issues that are out of our control and are a result of mishandling by the carrier. We photograph and video during the packing and shipping process to document the items shipped and how they were packed. We also video all returns.
