This is a 2006  Poof Slinky re issue of the original 1975 stunt cycle which was made by ideal.

 This set includes over 40 pieces, including ramps, ring of fire, bricks, winder, bike, doll ,Evel Knievel booklet, and  authentication certificate.

This was a limited number collectable and quite rare, especially in this near mint condition.

Box has been opened but contents are unused.
