• Any shoes listed as new may have been tried on by customers in store, but NOT worn outside of store as is the case with any store.
• Shoes are sold AS-IS! There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Ask questions about condition of shoes if this concerns you BEFORE you buy!
• In most cases I will do my best to list the UPC code as it appears on the merchandise if available. If UPC code is present it is checked against EBAY’s database for authenticity when listing is created. If merchandise’s UPC code clears EBAY’s UPC database checking mechanism the merchandise is definitely authentic.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due within 4 days of purchase - after which an unpaid case will be opened against the buyer and a demerit attached to non-payer account.

Shipping Details:

• Shipping Address: Orders will only be shipped to the address shown in the eBay payment details, so be sure your correct and FULL address is listed (i.e.; apartment number, floor numbers, tower numbers, etc.) you will NOT be refunded if your merchandise goes to the wrong address as per the fault of the purchaser.
• Combined Shipping: The shipping total for multiple items will be determined by the item with the most expensive shipping, plus 60% of each additional item's original shipping. (Example: $20 shipping for first item; then each additional item’s shipping cost will be $12).
• Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for customs fees that may be associated with a shipment if shipped outside of The United States.

Return Policy:

• Returns are NOT accepted! No exceptions! Shoes are sold as a final sale. If shoes are in used condition it is mandatory that BUYER review photos closely as what you see is what you are going to get. Ask questions about shoes if you are so concerned about their condition. I will do my best to answer you in a timely manner. Ask questions BEFORE you buy!
• Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of orders is NOT allowed once an order has shipped or tracking number has been uploaded.
