ACTUAL WAIST MEASURES 16.75" ACROSS THE FRONT, 35.25" ALL THE WAY AROUND, RISE 10.5", INSEAM 2.75", 13.25" FROM WAISTBAND TO HEM. THERE ARE NO STAINS, HOWEVER THE FABRIC TAG HAS BEEN CUT OUT OF WAISTBAND (THE SIZE TAG IS STILL ATTACHED.)
