Also note that SOME BOXES CAME TO US MISSING THE PACKAGING MATERIAL and we have added some material for safe shipping.

Please note that serial numbers are recorded. If for some reason, the unit is returned, the serial number on the returned unit must match the one on the original shipment paperwork.
