Vtg Rare 1946 Edition HAWAII Story & Picture Book by Marguerite Henry and lithograph artwork by Kurt Wiese. This book was published as part of the fourth series of "Pictured Geography" books by Albert Whitman & Co in Chicago. It's one of Marguerite Henry's earlier books. The hardcover book is in very good condition with very little wear. Aiko Uechi, Christian missionary, signed the book on the title page after teaching students about Hawaii at a camp in the 1950's (there is a handwritten note on the last page of the book). The student's name has been blacked out in the photo of the title page for privacy. The paper book cover is in good vintage condition and was laminated on the outer side years ago to keep it from tearing up. Approximately 8" x 6" x .25" in size. 28 pages. Please see all photos.
