There are certain items we can only take back if they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:

- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, and hair accessories.
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics

Orders paid and cleared before 12PM CST usually ship same day.
Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays ship the next business day.
