 Size M very petit ( small) , I would say UK Size 10, but please see measurement 

The length of the jacket ( from the collar) 55 cm approximately

The armpit to armpit 54 cm approximately

At the bottom of the jacket, unzipped , from one side to another is 93 cm 

In very good condition, the jacket has never been worn outside, only tried on inside of the house ,
