protected area where it can receive some tlc for at least 6mo to 1 year before

that the (SM) (M) (LG) (XL) (4in) refers to the rootball size of starter plants
based on the tray they are grown in, it does not refer to the plant size. Each listing

Our plants are inspected regularly to ensure quality material, free from disease and insects, so you can rest assured that you will get only the highest quality plants.

All plants are shipped in the pot with soil. ( plants being shipped to CA, OR, WA, AZ, UT, ID, NV, MT, ND, SD will be shipped bareroot in accordance with SC state law and for economical purposes )
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping and handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
All plants are watered just moments before packaging, they are then wrapped in paper and plastic and packaged with additional paper/peanuts in the carton to keep the plants tightly packed, we do this to ensure that the plants get delivered to your door in great condition and are ready for transplant into your yard.
When purchasing multiple items from different listings of various sizes the initial cost of the largest size item will be charged first, and then only the cost for “each additional item” will be added to it according to the sizes of the other plants ordered.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Our goal is to make sure you receive quality plants at a reasonable cost, and that your transaction is a smooth and pleasurable experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied or there is any problem at all with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if taking photos of the defect is not an option.
RETURN POLICY / DAMAGED ITEM(S)
All claims must be made within 14 days from the date items were received. There is no need to physically return items, however photographic evidence of claims being made will be required in order to receive a replacement item or in store credit. If you are returning the items for any reason other than being damaged or dead or for an error on our part then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Our liability is to the purchase price only not including S&H charges.
Guarantee Period is 14 days only !! No Exeptions
Due to the perishable nature of the items we are selling we can only ensure that you receive healthy, live, undamaged items. however we can not guarantee how the plants are cared for or handled after they have been received, therefore our liabilty ends after 14 days from the date tracking shows they were delivered.
