It is composed of 3 pages with the first being the Title on the front and blank on the back.  The second contains music on the front and back and the third sheet has music on the front and a blank back.

The item has a great aged patina, but is not perfect by any means... please look the pictures over that I have provided closely before you decide to purchase it.  The pages do seem to have a reddish brown stain at the top which could have been an inkwell, wine, coffee, etc. but I am just speculating.

This would look great framed in a music or stately room.
