Toffee Apple Toddler Girls plaid pink and brown skirt is in good preowned condition. It has two front pockets that have brown velvet bows (see pics). It is straight front with elastic in the back waist to slide on and off of a squirmy toddler.
It does have a small stain on the left side seam (see pics).
Its measurements are: Waist to bottom hem: 9.25 in.
