This is a previously owned plastic comb backed softcover book that has 160 pages. It measures about 9 " x 11" and it is in very good condition, nice tight and clean.

 

These annual proceedings on the history of Northeastern Pennsylvania were published by the Luzerne County Community College in a very small amount. I'm not sure but I would be very surprised if more than 200 or 300 copies were printed. I believe these were printed by the history and social science department of the LCCC and were probably copied on a copy machine and hand bound with a plastic comb binding machine.
