Buying from Love Me Two Times - Please Read
- Happy to combine postage if you check other listings - 'buy now' but don't pay and we will send an invoice.
- Happy to answer questions. Happy to send additional photos if needed.
- Photos are of the actual item you will receive. We do not use stock photos.
- We offer tracked postage only to Australian and international buyers to avoid "I never received the item" cases. This gives peace of mind for buyer and seller.
- We don't offer refunds for change of mind or because you didn't read item specifics clearly stated in the listing/ description. We will 'make-good' when there are genuine issues within our control. If you do change your mind, we will accept a return if you send the item back in the same condition as it was shipped to you. We refund purchase price only.
- Items damaged in the post - there is insurance but Australia Post requires photos and may require you to visit a post office with the item and the package. This is their process. Please keep everything as it arrived. If you are collecting from a post office please lodge a complaint onsite.
- Postage - we do not have the sales volume to enjoy postage discounts. Postage prices are set to try and breakeven - there is no money made on postage. We often use recycled card and bubble wrap.
