You are bidding on the Amazing Spider-Man 20 JAN.  I am not a professional grader, but in taking this book to the local comic book store, the owner assigned a grade on this book of G.  As you can see from the photos, there is a crease (not completely down the length of the book), but on the left side and is visible.  Additionally, the upper right corner of the book has a crease, but is not visible to the eye.  There is some general wear and tear for a nearly 60yr old book, but overall I think you will be happy with this example.
