16-1/2" tall, 12" diameter at metal shade, 8" diameter at base. Weighs 3 pounds, 7.6 ounces. 

Fairly good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use - surface scratches, discoloration (the underside of the metal shade has streaks of dirt/varnish/paint? - only noticeable when shade is off lamp - please see photos), rust (metal is magnetic - maybe iron?). No malformations. Cord intact, light works. Shade and bulb will be removed and packed separately within box for safer transit.

We have not cleaned this item with anything but a soft, dry cloth.
