Primal Force was a short-lived DC series in the mid-1990s. In issue #7, Jack O’Lantern is taken by the Water Woman to different points in then-recent DC history. On this page, they witness the contest between Wonder Woman and Artemis from Mike Deodato’s run on the Wonder Woman title.

Greg LaRocque is the penciler and Barbara Kaalberg is the inker. It looks like Nick Choles did work on the images of Jack O’Lantern and the Water Woman.

The scene between Wonder Woman and Artemis is penciled and inked directly on the art board. The images of Jack O’Lantern and the Water Woman are penciled on the board and then outlined in red ink. The inked images of Jack and the Water Woman are on an overlay taped to the top of the board. This was done to create the blue translucent image of those characters on the published page.
