The valve cover has had all oils, gunk residue burnt off , all front casting marks are shaved and smoothed out for a clean finish, then professionally media blasted uniformly for a perfect bonding surface for the powder coat. All media is THOROUGHLY blown out of the valve cover prior to powder coat and is extremely clean on the inside , all important surfaces are masked off prior to coating.

Powder Coated in a SPOON YELLOW WRINKLE . The powder coating finish is extremely durable and can withstand the heat inside the engine bay for years without fading, chipping or flaking unlike cheap spray paint .
