1960s Military? Navy? Football Game 8mm Movie Film

Approx 3:00 minutes of film - definitely needs cleaning for dust, I don't attempt any of that. Some views of kids outside in the snow at the beginning, but majority is of a football game. I don't know for sure when (though suspect 1960 or 1961) nor who is playing nor where it is. I suspect it maybe a Navy game, as this came from estate of navy officer in Pensacola FL, and there are views of some navy officers in uniform attending. Some shaky scenes and some intermittent clips with either some color loss or overexposure. Not the best footage as can't really tell who it is, but maybe someone will be able to ID.
Film played ok for me and does not appear to have any vinegar smell to it, but it is vintage, going on 70+ years old, and inherently is at risk like any old film for issues with condition and integrity.
*Note - film may or may not come on reels, it may be coiled in paper envelope. Varies based on how it was found and length.
