Vinyl is in excellent  condition.  This record plays exceptionally well with no scratches that causes skips or bad foreign sounds. Record has very few surface scuffs from years going in and out of the inner sleeve, however the record sound is not affected.  The name "minner" is written small on side 1 label

Sleeve is in excellent condition with no record wear signs.

I clean these records with a Spin Clean MKII Record Wash System, I then run the record for flaws on an Audio Technica AT-LP UXB Turntable before I list.

Stored and sent in plastic holder.
