I will promptly ship your item in the most cost effective manner possible, while still ensuring it arrives in a timely manner.  You will typically receive a tracking number within 1 business day, often within an hour of the order being placed.  

I keep the shipping charges at a low flat rate for my customers, which is normally less than the actual shipping costs I incur.  If the actual shipping charges end up being less than the shipping amount you are charged for the purchase, I will refund the difference after I create the shipping label.  

All international shipments will go through the US domestic shipping hubs per the Ebay global shipping program policy.
