Description - Please see pictures for best description. If anything, out of the ordinary I will describe here. Cover is very worn & has writing on it. Binding is tearing off on seam. Inside the cover & title page as well as the last 3 pages & inside back cover are scribbled with what looks like yellow marker. Several pages have tiny tears I have shown a couple examples. Back cover as well as front on the seam has tears. If you need additional pictures, please let me know.
