A really nice near mint Case Regal Stag Cigar Band Russlock.  Beautiful stag scales are chip and crack free.  The blade is unblemished and unsharpened.  Solid lockup and easy release. The cigar band has tiny scratches on the back side which should buff off if you wish to. Otherwise I would call it mint. Knife only.
