1. When will my order be
delivered?
The estimated delivery date is on the listing
before you purchase. You can also view this on your purchase history page. All
orders are dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday), or as stated on
the listing. You will receive a message/email telling you when your order is
dispatched and it will also be marked dispatched on your purchase page. If the
delivery date is too long for you please ask for your order to be
cancelled.
2. Why is the tracking number
not showing in transit/out for delivery?
Royal Mail 48/24 is not a tracked service. The
number is a delivery confirmation number put there by Royal Mail and is only
updated when they scan your order at the point of delivery. We donβt know the
location of your item after we dispatch it until it is scanned when delivered.
3. Why has my item not been
delivered within the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time from eBay is only
an ESTIMATE and is put there by eBay. It may take a day or two more than this
for your order to be delivered. Due to the current situation and an increase in
online sales across all platforms, it is often taking Royal Mail a lot longer
than the estimated delivery time to deliver orders.
4. Can you dispatch my order
sooner?
Sorry, all orders are dispatched in the order
that they are received.
5. What do I do if I need my
item quicker?
If your order is needed urgently, please
select Royal Mail 24/1st class. Your order canβt be sent via Royal Mail 24/1st
class unless it has been paid for.
