Delivery: Please note that shipping times are estimated using the free shipping option, we use Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail do not guarantee shipping times on the service we use, they only estimate them. Please note eBay's delivery times are also estimated, they are not guaranteed, if your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date supplied by eBay, please allow a further 10 working days for the item to arrive. If orders are placed separately going to the same delivery address we will combine shipping.
Returns, exchanges and repairs are processed in the order that they are received. Although we strive to process them as quickly as possible please allow 5 - 7 working days for your request to be processed. Please allow additional time during peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day and Christmas. If you have any return issues which are not stated here please do not hesitate to contact us.
