Orders received by 2pm Central time usually ship the same day. We strive to ship all orders from our TX Warehouse. Due to availability some parts may be shipped from NV or FL.
We ship to the lower 48 States only. Any order going outside the lower 48 is not covered by our warranty. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs on orders leaving the lower 48 states. Any order going to a freight forwarder for shipment outside the US will be canceled.
Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.
We are not responsible for any return shipping costs on orders that have shipped outside the lower 48 states.
Any return that is dirty, missing parts, not in it's original container or shows signs of installation is subject to a refund deduction per ebay guidelines.
On returns where buyer states the item was not as described, did not fit, or wrong item was sent, we require the VIN number prior to processing the return. This is to determine if the wrong part was sent so the listing can be corrected.
Our Compressors come with a 1-YEAR WARRANTY.
Warranty is valid if the following procedure is followed.
1. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor.
2. A NEW accumulator / receiver-drier must be installed.
3. A NEW expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be installed.
4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations (usually located in the owner’s manual).
5. The system must be re-charged following industry guidelines.
NOTE: We highly recommend that a certified A/C Technician be used to perform all work. You are making a significant investment and do not need to incur any additional costs. New aftermarket compressors are highly reliable with most failures occurring because the system was never flushed correctly and the compressor installed and set up properly.
Prior to returning any defective compressor, a RMA# must be obtained from us.
NOTE: Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above procedure was followed and the parts specified were purchased and installed unless purchased from us. If you did not purchase and install the specified parts, you have NO Warranty.
Our warranty covers the refund of the purchased defective compressor only. It does not cover any other parts, supplies, labor, or expenses.
