We receive groups of walk tested footwear from the manufacturer. This footwear retails from one hundred thirty to four hundred dollars a pair. This footwear is worn tested indoors and evaluated for comfort, durability, style and support. Generally, the actual wear test period is only hours but tested over days. When we receive the test footwear, we inspect, clean and polish. Only footwear with slight wear is listed as "test footwear". We take pictures of each style we list which will represent the style group. Some footwear in these groups might have strings or an insert missing. We will replace strings or inserts with the manufacturer's replacements but might vary slightly from the original. We supply you with four standard pictures of a pair of the footwear from the lot that represents the condition of the whole lot we are selling. (TOP FRONT & RIGHT SIDE, TOP FRONT & LEFT SIDE , REAR & INSIDE VIEW, AND BOTTOM.) If there is a defect that would effect the function of the item, we will make an additional picture of the defect and note the defect in item specifics (this does not include every little scuff or mark). Shipping Discounts: Regular shipping rate for the first item. 30% off the shipping rate of each additional item shipped at the same time from the same site. Discounts are refunded to the buyer's PayPal account at the time of shipping. Questions we can not answer: What is the measurements of this Item? We are not set-up to properly measure footwear. Depending on how you measure, you can get very different answers. Where is this item made? Trying to obtain and note this information in sorting and processing 1000's of items is impossible while holding our cost down. When will I receive my purchase? We ship your order the next business day after cleared payment with the exception of weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is supplied to you by the tracking number you are given on your order. Just click on the tracking number and you can see where your package is and when it should arrive. If you do not get a tracking number, contact us through eBay messages. Return policy: If you make a purchase in error - no problem. Contact us through eBay messages and make us aware of your return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Include with your return a copy of the packing slip with the reason for return noted.
