Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping.

All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged).

If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier.

No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.

When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with order number issued by our company clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Packages received without a valid order number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.

If the item was damaged, defected, or wrong item shipped, our RMA department will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email if needed, also UPS claim will be filed, we will have to wait until the claim approved before we can exchange any item for customers.

Installation is HIGHLY recommended to be done by skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers. Parts that are modified in any way or damaged as result of improper installation will not approved for return.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue of your RMA number.

Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange once it has been received by our RMA department.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by return department.

Most of our products do not come with instructions and won't be provided, professional installation is highly recommended.
