For your consideration are 8 vintage Science Fiction paperback books:

War With the Newts by Karel Capek, Bantam Books, 1955, acceptable to poor condition. The cover is in fairly decent shape with tape repair to spine, but the inside covers have water spillage stains and are wavy from being damp. An acceptable reading copy. Please see last photos and 3rd photo where this book is at the top of the pile.

Three Against the Witch World, Beyond the Mind Barrier, by Andre Norton, Ace Books, 1965. A little water staining at bottoms of first few pages, owner's name written on front inside cover, scribbly line written on first page of text (see photos 4-7). Scribbling at bottom of a couple of other pages. Otherwise good condition for its age. Pages are browning.

The Deep Gods by David Mason, A Lancer Science Fiction Original, 1973. Book is in good condition with no writing inside.

Out of the Deeps by John Wyndham, author of The Day of the Triffids, Ballantine Books, 1953. Glueing and tape repair to spine. Not in great shape but a readable copy. Occasional markings in book by prior owner, probably to remember where he/she stopped reading.

Ballroom of the Skies by John D. MacDonald (a science fiction classic by the author of the Travis McGee series), Fawcett Gold Medal Paperback, 1952, good condition, tape repair to front and back covers, binding is fine, pages browning.

Eight Against Utopia (original title: From Carthage Then I Came) by Douglas R. Mason, A Paperback Library Science Fiction, 1967, acceptable to good condition, binding is good, pages browning, tape repair to spine.

Station in Space by James Gunn, Bantam Paperback, 1958, poor to acceptable condition, binding is weakening in front portion of book, tape repair to cover and spine. Readable but not in great shape. Pages browning. Former owner's name written on front inside cover.

They Shall Have Stars (A Cities in Flight Novel) by James Blish, Avon Paperbacks, 1967, acceptable condition, front cover slightly damaged from scrapes at bottom (see photo), binding is fine.
