We aim to dispatch all items paid for before 12pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 12pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Items purchased on Bank Holidays will be sent the next working day. The cut-off for Next Working Day delivery is 5pm

We accept exchanges; however the best way to exchange, is to return the unwanted item for a refund and buy the required size/item again, in case the item becomes out of stock. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU USE SELLOTAPE OR WRITE ON THE BOX AS THEY MUST BE IN A RESELLABLE CONDITION.
