Q: My decal hasn't arrived, what do I do?

A: If the estimated delivery date has passed, please verify your shipping address and send us a message on eBay.

 

Q: My decal arrived wet/damaged/torn/folded, what should I do?

A: Please take a picture of your decal and include the picture in a message to us on eBay and we will be happy to help.

 

Q: If I order bulk items can I get a discount?

A: Yes, we offer discounts on orders of 10+ decals. Message us on eBay and we will give you a quote.

Q: How do I remove my decal?

A: You can apply heat from a hair dryer for 2-3 minutes then carefully peel the heated decal away.

   

Q: It says you are out of certain colors, what can I do? 

A: Just place an order for any color and include a message stating what color you would like. If no message is included, you will receive the color decal chosen.

   

Q: I would like to order a different color, but I don't see it. What do I do?

Q: Why haven't you left me feedback?
