A lovely book which tells the tales of Wagnerian Opera, illustrated with eight black and white plates. There is a prize plate on the inside front cover awarded by The National College of Music and Arts London to Sheila C Fenn for Pianoforte Playing in May 1943. Hardback book without dust jacket.CONDITION: This second hand book is in good condition. There are a couple of creases in the front cover board which has caused the cloth covering to lift a little at the top - visible in picture one above. The pages are in very good condition with very light wear and age-tanning. Slight foxing to inside front cover board and the first two prelims.
