Return Policy:
Before returning any product, please reach out to us via eBay for complete instructions. If buyers feel the item they purchased does not meet their needs, they may return it, but they will be responsible for the return postage and packaging costs.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are found to be used.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods back without contacting us through the eBay messaging board first; we will provide a free postage label for the return and send a replacement.
Most "Buy It Now" purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, allowing you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days from the day you receive the item.
When returning an item, ensure it is securely wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept responsibility for a damaged item.
Postage & Delivery Policy:
All orders will be dispatched within one working day after receiving payment. We ship items via Royal Mail, Hermes, FedEx, DX, and other reputable couriers, using a 1 to 2 day delivery service depending on the item size and price.
For same-day dispatch, please place your order before 9 am. Please note that our standard P & P applies to Mainland UK only.
Our standard delivery charge does not cover some areas of Scotland or locations requiring water crossing. While we strive to send your item at no extra charge, larger 'courier only' items are excluded from standard delivery. Please check the postcode list before making a purchase.
If you are in an area outside our standard delivery charge, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money. Please email us before purchasing, and we will inform you of any additional postage charges.

Items exceeding 120cm in size may require 5-7 working days for delivery. Kindly reach out to us if you haven't received your order after this timeframe.
