This beautiful cranberry Fenton vase has a ruffled edge.  I am not sure of the pattern name.  On the bottom, there is the raised impressed Fenton logo.  It tried to get a picture of it, but it is hard to see in the pictures.  It stands at about  7 1/2" tall.
