Hello buyer! If you have any problems with the item that you purchased please contact us first before contacting eBay. We will do our best to solve any and all problems with your purchase.

Item Conditions
You will receive what you see in the photos of the listing if open box or used. Please note that with some items there are missing parts and we are not responsible for any parts missing. Please check all of the pictures included in the listing carefully before purchasing to make sure there are no complications with your order. Most of our products that are open box are missing their original boxes. Original boxes for open box listings can be in fair or damaged conditions.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped within two business days. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after purchasing. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to 48 States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, Or Military APO/FPO and international addresses.
                        
Return Policy
Purchases that accept returns can be returned within 14 days after receiving the item. Refund is given as money back, no exchanges permitted. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. 15% restock fee will be charged for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.

Warranty
Some of our products come to us with warranty information; however it should be noted that for used or open box items we do not know whether these warranties are valid. If available, we include this information with the item but it is not guaranteed by us to be valid with the manufacturer. We do recommend purchasing warranty through square trade.

Payment
Under no circumstances will we ask you to wire money--please beware of scams. If you have sent payment and have not received a tracking number by the end of the next business day (Monday-Friday), please contact us and we will be able to provide more information in regards to your order. If payment or shipping information is incomplete or invalid, your shipment will be delayed. We will make attempts to contact the buyer to obtain the necessary information in order to continue the shipping process. If we are unable to make contact within two business days, the order will be canceled and a full refund for the order will be issued.
