This item has been used and has scratchers on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT. HAS WHITE RESEDUE ON THE HAND AND DIAL. THE SEIKO EMBLEM ON THE DIAL IS ALSO MISSING.
