Founded in 2001 we are a leading supplier of refurbished servers, storage and network equipment, providing complete units and component parts to customers worldwide.

We carry one of the largest stocks of Dell EMC Enterprise level complete units and spare parts in the world - ready for same day shipping to any destination. The current product range includes Dell EMC PowerEdge servers, Dell EMC PowerConnect, Force10, S and N-Series switches, Dell EMC PowerVault MD series storage arrays, Dell EMC PowerVault tape drives and libraries, Compellent and EqualLogic storage arrays.

We also offer an extensive range of networking solutions, storage arrays, hard drives and spares from Cisco, HP, Juniper and NetApp.

Any of our servers or SAN’s can be configured to your requirements, usually from in-house stock. All refurbished equipment is covered by our own warranty, and technical support is available from our engineers.

VAT Information

UK Orders
UK VAT will be included on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

International Orders
UK VAT will be excluded on EU orders and orders shipped out of the EU.
eBay will exclude any UK VAT during the checkout proccess. Please add your item/s to your basket to get the final price.
Any VAT that is charged by eBay will be refunded for export orders shipped outside the UK.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the day of receipt. Items that require a build and configuration such as servers and storage arrays may take an extra 24 hours before shipping. We will keep you informed of any changes to the dispatch times quoted.

UK Shipping Times:

All UK parcel shipments are sent using a next day courier service and are normally delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays). Larger items that require shipping on a pallet are sent via a freight service which takes 1-2 days for delivery.

European, USA and Rest of World Deliveries:

All deliveries outside of the UK are shipped with an international economy courier service usually FedEx or DHL. For an estimate of shipping times on overseas purchases please contact us using the Ask Seller a question feature on eBay or use the shipping tool on ebay. We may on occasion use alternative couriers to deliver your order. This will be on the same service levels as above and we will let you know tracking details for the order when it has shipped.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.

We are experienced in shipping goods worldwide. Orders shipping outside of the UK may require some additional information from you to allow us to complete customs paperwork. Not providing this information when requested may incur delays in customs processing. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

EORI Numbers

From the 1st January 2021 all EU customers will require an EORI to import goods purchased from the UK. This rule is for businesses and individuals alike.

What is an EORI number?
It is used by customs and other authorities to monitor and track shipments coming into and out of the European Union. Customers should apply online to their local tax authority to obtain this number.

Placing an order without first obtaining your EORI number could result in a shipping delay.

All items are sold with the balance of manufacturer warranty or ETB return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 working days of the date that the goods are received. Goods are returned at the customers cost.

All damaged items must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

All returns should be shipped using packaging that will afford the item suitable protection whilst in the hands of the courier/postal service.
