Thats why we believe the best, and only way to guarantee a size is by measurement. The sizes you read above are based on the measurements that we have taken for these jeans, and not what is written on any size labels; and for this reason there may be some disparity between the two. For these reasons, any issues where an item doesn't fit, is entirely the customers responsibility assuming the provided measurements are accurate. We really want to make sure that your items fit well, and we believe this is the best and only accurate method.

Dispatch

All orders are sent out same/next day via Royal Mail 48. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. At checkout you have the option to choose Royal Mail 24, which aims to be next day delivery.

Returns Accepted

You have the option to return the item you have purchased within 30 days of receiving the item. Policies regarding return postage are listed below:

If you receive the item and there is any undisclosed damage/wear/marks that affect the quality of the item in any way, please get in touch with us via message and we will work with you to either provide compensation or a pre-paid returns label.

If you have received the item and you aren't happy with, for example: the fit or style, and would like to return the item. Please get in touch via message and we can provide you with a returns label.

Where the item is being returned for a reason outside of our control, for example fit, sizing or personal choice, the cost of the returns label will be deducted from the refund value, however if the item sizing has been incorrectly described, return postage would be covered by us.
Given that full measurements are included within the description, and buyers are advised to check these measurements before purchasing, any request for a return based on sizing under the reason code -Doesnt Match Description- will be rejected. This includes where an item is missing a size label and an estimation for the size of the item has been made. Given that full measurements are included, you have the oppourtunity to ensure an item fits correctly before purchasing.
We are also happy to provide any additional measurements you may wish. The exception to this would be if the measurements provided were not accurate to an acceptable tolerance.
