after a night of a storm i believe some water got through my window seal due to a poorly installed window air conditioner 

the cards fans would spin but would not post any image to the monitor and also would not allow my usb devices to be powered 

upon switching a combination of the gpu and my power supply my pc came back to life as i tried the gpu with a new power supply and it still did not post 

so maybe someone can find a use for it
