Postage & Delivery Charges Australia Wide

Our delivery charge is a flat rate (for up to 5kg) anywhere in Australia.

We will only post items via "REGISTERED POST" which includes tracking number, insurance and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is available in your eBay profile or please advise us as soon as you have purchased the item.

Items in most cases are posted next business day after cleared payment is received.

Products will be delivered in most cases by Australia Post but we also may use a Courier when required.

All deliveries will require a “signature on delivery” Under no circumstance will items be left unattended.

If no one is home to accept delivery items will be returned to local Post Office and you will need to attend with photo I.D. to collect.

This protects both the buyer and seller against loss or theft.

*Please note - If you do not collect your item from the Post Office within 7 days the item will be returned back to us. 

Australia Post will charge us a $10.00 Return To Sender fee which will pass on to you.

If you want your item to be re-posted you will then need to repay the delivery charge

You will be able to track the delivery process via Australia Post tracking portal.

Overseas Postage - For overseas postage please send the delivery address before you make purchase so we can send you postage rates.

Our overseas postage service is also Registered post that requires a signature.

Overseas prices do not include government charges or taxes.

NOTE - We post out orders within 2 business days once payment has cleared.

 

Pick Up

PICK UP is available from Cecil Hills or our Guildford showroom in Western Sydney.

Please advise if you require Pick Up so we can arrange a suitable date & time.

Exchange for a Different Size

If you have any problems with our product, please contact us.

We will exchange for a different size (if stock is available) or refund any product.

The item will need to be returned in the same new condition with all swing tags still attached. It must be unworn and unwashed.

All postage charges will be at the buyer’s expense.

You will also need to include a pre-paid satchel so we can deliver the new size item you require.

We strongly suggest that all returns include a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for return items that are lost in the post.

 

Refund

If you have any problems with our product, please contact us.

We do offer a refund on most products.

The item will need to be returned in the same new condition with all swing tags still attached. It must be unworn and unwashed.

All postage charges will be at the buyer’s expense. You will not receive a refund for postage charges.

The return postage cost will also be at the buyer’s expense.

We strongly suggest that all returns include a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for return items that are lost in the post.

You will also need to accept the “Cancel transaction” request from eBay so we can be refunded associated eBay fees related to the sale.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you have any problems with our product, please contact us.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty simply let us know via email. In some cases we may require a photo of the fault.

We will exchange (if stock is available) or refund any product found to be faulty.

 

Feedback

Positive FEEDBACK will be left for you once item has been paid for.

We ask you do the same once you have received your item.

If for some reason you have a problem, please give us a chance to rectify the problem before you leave Neutral or Negative feedback.
