Once payment is received, I ship out via USPS or UPS - typically the next business day. Please confirm I have your correct mailing address (no response is a response.)

I use new, durable (32ect or higher) made in USA boxes, and an adequate amount of packing materials but, if the item is damaged while in transit - I kindly ask that you send me photos of the box exterior, interior, and the broken item. We will go from there.
