New version LT3042 5A regulator is ready fully finished board (no included heatsink)

Having a very good load transient response value, the LT3042 has output responses as fast as one smps. Undershoot and overshoot occur at under 1mV level and this situation never affects the operation of the processor. because voltage changes occur in narrow band such as 5.1025 -5.1023. By connecting the secondary winding of my 2x6v 25va triad magnetic toroidal transformer in parallel, I got an output of 5 amps. In this way, I have achieved a great heat dissipation. Now it works very cool at 1.350A with a 40x100 cooler. You can use transformers between 6 volts and 12 volts, but I recommend that you do not exceed 6 volts in terms of heat performance for 5V. You can do great things by connecting 2x6volt 30va r-core and toroidal (triad magnetic) transformers in parallel. The tests were performed as youtube music on volumio, 2tbb hdd loading, 2tb hdd playindg Native dsd128, respectively. I highly recommend it if you are using an i2s dac on a pi. If you are using pi4 pi5 as a streamer for your usb dac, SMPS + CLC is always good choice…
