Introducing the VNTG Tokyo Kogaku Topcon RE-2 35mm SLR camera with RE, Auto-Topcor 1;3,5 f 13,5 cm lens. This vintage camera from the 1960s was manufactured in Japan and boasts a Chrome & Black Leatherette design. It is a manual only and uses 35 mm film. The Topcon RE-2 weighs 2 lb 10.4 oz, including strap, body, lens.  Its dimensions are 5 3/4" in length, 3" in height, and 5 1/2" in width. This unit is a classic model from Topcon.  Tested the light meter with fresh battery & appears to work properly.  Untested (as far as running a roll of film thru).   Serial number on the body is 5642186.  Serial number on the lens is 7616286.  Also on the lens is RE,Auto-Topcor 1:3,5 f=13,5cm Tokyo Kogaku Japan 7616286.  Built in lens hood.  No Cap.  No fingerprints on lens.  Maybe a little dust that can be brushed off with a lens brush.  No apparent fogging.  Note on the body: ASA knob 25 stepped to 1600.  The rewind knob is missing, thus selling AS IS.  The shutter fires & it has a nice sound (sounds like my Nikormat manual from the late 60's/early 70's).  I suspect that you will be happy with the body cosmetically (except for the missing rewind knob, which I hope you can search online to restore the body to its former glory).  Clean interior of the body.  Overall will be a nice addition to your collection.  Please view all pictures & ask if you want more detail.  Just trying to get my cameras to the next enthusiast vintage collector.

UPDATE:  I ordered fresh battery & turned the camera to "on" & the light meter bar/arm changes with aperature / speed "clicks" / changes.  Thus, I assume that the light meter works.  There is no guage within the viewfinder, so I assume when the bar is parallel to the bottom of the view finder, the aperature/speed is at "normal".
