I have a BCD996T scanner it works fine but I can no longer hear my police or fire on it due to encryption. Ship to USA 48 states please ask questions. What you see in the picture is what you get I will send a aftermarket 12 volt plug in with the unit as I can not find the original plug in. Picks up the local weather on the scanner fine. Sold as is.
