Binding intact, outer spine outer cover has worn off, this was a much loved book, as it has hundreds of tiny scratches and fine marks…lots of dings here & there but somehow the gilding stayed intact on the cover. There is no date actually in the book printed by the publisher. The only date is the inscription written on Christmas in 1898. This was a gift to somebody in Sunday School.. absolutely gorgeous old book.
