A lovely rare and very interesting Single Volume issue of Charles Darwin's The Origin Of Species Published by John Murray, Albemarle Street, London in 1899, (Fixty-Sixth Thousand). In green striated cloth, with gilt text to spine.
In pretty good original condition, some marks to outer boards, knocks and wear to top and bottom of spine, lots of dust residue and discolouration to page edges, Loosening of binding to cover boards. Interior pages are in pretty good condition, old price in pencil, lots of foxing and minor wear. I have added lots of photos, so please see images for the best idea of condition!
