The sensor is designed to record the shape of pressure pulsations in the intake manifold, crankcase ventilation system or engine exhaust system. Thanks to this, you can evaluate the correct installation of the gas distribution mechanism (GRM), check the uniform operation of the cylinders, and also identify the presence of misfires of the fuel mixture in the cylinder without disassembling the engine.

The sensor housing is made of polyamide, which makes it resistant to aggressive substances, as well as being both durable and lightweight. The sensor fitting is made of brass and allows connection to rubber tubes with an internal diameter of 4...7 mm. A soft cable with a dense shielding braid is used to minimize the level of interference and obtain high accuracy of the measured signal.
