Please note I am a working mum so don’t visit the post office every day. Once your parcel has been dropped at the post office it is out of my control how long they take to process and deliver your item to you. I use drop and go and therefore items are not always processed the same working day as your item is dropped by myself. I will do my best to provide tracking details where requested but sometimes, postage does take longer than anticipated.
